Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused.
• All original tags and packaging must be included.
• Items must be free from stains, odours, marks or damage.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn or washed.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Veltrix cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
